1. Delivery Areas

Brymax Home delivers to all regions within Qatar.​

2. Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver your orders promptly:​

• Standard Delivery: 1 to 3 business days from the order confirmation date.​
3. Shipping Charges

Our delivery charges are structured as follows:​

• Within City Limits: Minimum order: QAR 100 (Delivery fee: QAR 10)
• Outside City Limits: Minimum order: QAR 250 (Delivery Fee : QAR 10)

Orders above QAR 500: Free Delivery

Note: Delivery fees are subject to change during promotional periods.

4. Delivery Process
• Scheduling: Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours of order confirmation to schedule a convenient delivery time
• Installation & Assembly: For furniture and large items, our delivery team offers free installation and assembly services. Please ensure the designated space is ready for installation.​
• Access Requirements: Ensure that the delivery path is clear and that elevators (if applicable) are available for large items. Our team is not responsible for dismantling existing furniture or fixtures.​
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.​
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges. Once dispatched, cancellations will be treated as returns, and the return policy will apply.​
