Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility
  2. At Brymax Home, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return under the following conditions:

    • Time Frame: Initiate the return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
  4. Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged due to misuse, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

  6. To initiate a return:

    2. Evaluation: Our team will assess your request and may request photographs or additional information.
    3. Approval: If your return is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the item.
  7. Refunds
  8. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

    • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will appear within 5–7 working days.
    • NAPS Payments: Refunds may take 14–21 working days as per bank regulations.
    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for orders paid via Cash on Delivery will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
  9. Exchanges
  10. Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different product, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order.

  11. Shipping Costs
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
